Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 5-Star skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate Unit Manager to lead the care team and maintain hands-on clinical involvement in a long-term unit in Duxbury, MA. This leadership role may be split for the right candidate and involves mentoring staff, coordinating with physicians, and overseeing care planning.

The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN licensed in Massachusetts with leadership experience in long-term care and CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily clinical operations of a long-term unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods.
