Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury, MA is seeking a hands-on Unit Manager to lead our long-term care unit. This role blends leadership with direct resident care, mentoring staff, and coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN with clinical leadership experience, CPR certification, and a passion for high-quality resident care in a 5-Star facility. On-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily clinical operations of a long-term unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods.
