Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Topsfield, MA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the long-term rehabilitation unit and oversee daily operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the long-term rehabilitation unit.
• Assist with admissions, participate in family meetings and discharge planning.
• Attend daily facility meetings and weekly Clinical Risk and Medicare meetings.
• Audit all new admission charts.
• Act as liaison between family, patient, doctor, and other departments.
• Investigate incident reports and follow up.
• Manage staff and assignments to ensure quality of care.
• May be required to accept on-call hours on weekends and holidays.
