Job summary

Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. The role demands clinical leadership, oversight of incident reporting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a 215-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, BLS, and at least five years of nursing experience with two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit and ensure residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on clinical and operational needs.
