A leading company in senior care is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee nursing care for residents. The role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster communication among staff and residents. The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. The Unit Manager supervises Licensed Nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Manages the unit in accordance with facility philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
