Job summary

Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury, MA is seeking a hands-on Unit Manager to lead our long-term care unit. You will mentor staff, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and participate in admissions and care planning while remaining involved in direct resident care as needed.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with on-call rotation; the ideal candidate is an RN or LPN with leadership experience in skilled nursing and a current MA license.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily clinical operations of a long-term unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving.
• Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration.
