Fundamental in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LV N) to assume Unit Manager responsibilities, lead a healthcare team, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, coach career development, and foster positive relationships across the unit.

The role emphasizes staff mentoring, patient satisfaction, and ensuring quality care while maintaining reliability and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered RN or licensed LPN/LV N in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
• Reliable transportation required

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
