Fundamental in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the Unit Manager role and drive patient care excellence. The ideal candidate leads by example, supports team development, and maintains strong peer relationships to ensure unit success.

Newly hired full-time RNs may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus if they start on or before 10/05/2026. Salary ranges from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff within a unit.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Create and maintain strong relationships among staff in the unit.
• Attract and retain top performing team members.
• Supervise and coach existing team members within the unit.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families,
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
• Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members
• Supervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
• Reliable transportation required
