Job summary

Hallmark Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN) to lead nursing staff and drive professional growth. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality patient care and foster strong relationships across the unit.

The role requires a valid LPN license, at least one year of supervisory experience, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring excellent service and patient outcomes. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Posted Salary Range

USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work together with the Director of Nursing to:

• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families,
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
• Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members
• Supervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
• Reliable transportation required
