PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead nursing operations for an assigned unit in the United States. You will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, coordinating patient services, and achieving positive clinical outcomes while fostering satisfaction among patients, residents, families and staff.

Ideal candidates are licensed Registered Nurses with strong leadership, collaboration, and HR management skills to guide staff and align care

Qualifikationen

Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Aufgaben

Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
Ensure patient/resident care delivery aligns with mission and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with staff, physicians and other professionals to achieve best outcomes.
Manage unit HR, minimize overtime, recruit and orient staff, assess performance and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
