PowerBack Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a Unit Manager - RN to lead a nursing unit and ensure safe, high-quality care for patients and residents. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, manage medications, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to meet clinical goals and reduce rehospitalizations, while upholding the organization's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active state licensure.
• ADN, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN with nursing experience requirements.
• At least one year of nurse leadership experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage for safe care.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and reduce rehospitalizations.
• Mentor and educate nurses; serve as a resource on unit patient care quality.
• Oversee medication management in accordance with policy.
• Provide direct patient care alongside other unit nurses.
