PowerBack Rehabilitation in Marmet, WV seeks a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing and oversee a nursing unit. You will ensure delivery of high-quality care, drive outcomes, and uphold regulatory standards within the unit.

You will lead nursing staff, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and manage staffing and performance to maintain patient satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) and hold current RN licensure.
• Experience in leadership or management of nursing staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead, guide and direct nursing and patient care on an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources on the unit, including staffing, recruitment, and performance assessments.
