Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to oversee nursing operations on an assigned unit and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care. You will drive clinical outcomes, guide staff, and ensure care aligns with regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration with physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes while managing staffing and performance within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of high quality care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead, guide and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehab therapy, and other professionals for best outcomes.
• Manage human resources in the unit including staffing, performance, and disciplinary actions.
