Job summary

RegalCare at Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time, Monday-Friday position requires at least one year of SNF experience and an active MA RN license.

You will oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

Qualifications
