Job summary

RegalCare at Worcester is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to oversee the nursing unit on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. Active MA RN license and at least 1 year SNF experience required; strong leadership and organizational skills essential.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; develop care plans; ensure compliance; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team; and communicate with residents and families while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
