Job summary

RegalCare at Worcester is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to oversee the nursing unit on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. Active MA RN license and at least 1 year SNF experience required; strong leadership and organizational skills essential.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; develop care plans; ensure compliance; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team; and communicate with residents and families while promoting a positive work environment.
