Job summary

RegalCare at Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time, Monday-Friday position requires at least one year of SNF experience and an active MA RN license.

You will oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to families and providers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to maintain a positive environment.
