Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee the unit's clinical operations and supervise nurses and CNAs. You will interface with physicians, handle QI reporting and follow-up, and provide clinical leadership to the care team.

This role supports care for highly acute patients in a 180-bed setting. The position typically follows a Monday–Friday day shift with some weekend and on-call duties, and requires licensure as an RN in Virginia with 3–5 years

Competenze

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager, RN in our 180 bed skilled rehab center in Virginia Beach.

The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations of the unit and is responsible for staff supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. This unit provides care for our most clinically acute patients and residents. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
