Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN to oversee the clinical operations of a high-acuity unit. You will supervise nurses and CNAs and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, QI reporting, and providing clinical leadership to staff, with typical hours Monday–Friday days and some weekend/on-call duties. Competitive benefits follow full-time employment.

Competenze

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an RN.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager, RN in our 180 bed skilled rehab center in Virginia Beach.

The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations of the unit and is responsible for staff supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. This unit provides care for our most clinically acute patients and residents. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
