Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

1. Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and care for an assigned nursing unit.
2. Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
3. Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
4. Manage human resources in the unit, including staffing, recruiting, onboarding, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Salary Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $87,360.00 per year
