Major Responsibilities
  • Assist Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse with daily medical and administrative record-keeping, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain and submit the Daily Census Report.
  • Handle communication tasks such as answering calls, delivering messages, and recording resident data accurately.
  • Notify responsible parties of changes in resident conditions as instructed.
  • Assist with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and related documentation, including transportation and belongings.
  • Contribute to system improvements by proposing and implementing innovative healthcare ideas.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED minimum.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid RN license.
  • Qualities: compassionate, dedicated, and qualified for the role.
