The Opportunity

Join Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business to advance heart disease treatment with innovative medical technologies for atrial fibrillation, helping patients regain their health.

What You’ll Work On

You will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products, working independently to respond to complex inquiries from healthcare professionals and sales staff. You will:

• Act as a senior clinical interface with the medical community.
• Build and maintain credible relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs, product performance issues, and sales opportunities.
• Develop and lead training programs on EP products.
• Provide market feedback and insights for product development.
• Support regional EP procedures and back up sales representatives.
• Mentor less experienced staff and develop your skills continuously.
• Assist with educational seminars and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and competitor products.
• Resolve problems and perform related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a relevant position.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Industry or competitive experience preferred.
• Dedicated to EP support, with IBHRE EP certification.
• Top performer among peers, capable of performing complex cases independently.
• Ability to mentor others and conduct customer education events.
• Proven case performance and credentialing compliance.

The base salary ranges from $75,300 to $150,700, depending on location and experience.
