Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction within an assigned unit.
• Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and nursing care for the assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources within the unit, including staffing, recruiting, orientation, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $104,000.00 annually.
