Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan seeks a nursing leader to manage the nursing department, oversee discharge procedures, ensure accurate charting, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and foster a positive environment for residents and staff.

RN or LPN license required, CPR, 3+ years in long-term care, strong communication, dependable attendance, and a passion for resident well-being.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities
