Job summary

Atrium Centers Mulder Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking motivated RN or LPN nurses for part-time 1st and 2nd shift with 8-hour shifts at our 87-bed facility.

You will administer medications, follow individualized care plans, document accurately, maintain infection control, and collaborate to improve resident care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification
• Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
• Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports
