Atrium Centers The Timbers of Cass County is seeking a dedicated nursing leader to guide and oversee the nursing department on-site in Michigan. You will collaborate with leadership to uphold clinical excellence, ensure accurate documentation, and support discharge planning for residents.
The role requires an RN or LPN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and a minimum of 3 years in long-term care, with strong communication and a proactive, dependable attitude.

Assist with the overall management of the nursing department
Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures
Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care
Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff
Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
