Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to help govern our long-term care teams. You’ll oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and partner with leaders to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

This role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture. If you’re passionate about improving residents’ lives and have hands-on LTC leadership experience, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 Years Of Long-term Care Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.
