Job summary

Atrium Centers, a 100% employee-owned community, seeks an experienced nurse leader to help manage the nursing department in Dowagiac, Michigan. You’ll assist with discharge planning, ensure accurate charting, and collaborate with leadership to uphold clinical excellence and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates bring an active MI RN or LPN license, 3+ years in long-term care, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice (MI).
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
• Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures.
