Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an experienced nursing leader to help manage the nursing department in our Ohio facilities. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support discharge planning while fostering a collaborative, compassionate team environment.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 3 years in long-term care, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
