Job summary

Metro West Nursing & Rehab Center in Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join as RN Unit Manager, focusing on growth, teamwork, and high-quality resident care.

You will support the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, and coordinate daily operations. A Florida-licensed RN or LPN and an ASN or Nursing Diploma are required, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred. A compassionate, compliant approach is essential.

• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT
