Job summary

Athene Nursing and Rehabilitation in Town and Country, MO is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care. You will mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA.

Duties


  • Mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.

Experience

Candidates should have a robust background in various nursing specialties, including but not limited to:



  • Long-term care experience (nursing home, assisted living)

  • Dialysis, IV infusion, catheterization, phlebotomy

  • Experience with EMR systems (PCC)

  • Experience in skilled nursing

  • Knowledge of geriatrics and behavioral health

  • Supervisory experience within a healthcare environment



The ideal candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, infection control practices, and basic life support.
