Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Unit Manager - LPN to lead nursing operations and ensure resident care excellence in a 24-hour skilled nursing setting.

Requirements: active CO LPN license and nurse management experience; post-acute facility background preferred. Rate: $38-$40/hour. We offer competitive pay, vision & dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick leave, and ongoing training.

Successful candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
