Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and direct all nursing functions within a 24-hour skilled nursing and post-acute setting. The role emphasizes staff leadership, clinical oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates hold a current Colorado RN license with 5+ years of nurse management experience, preferably in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities.

• Current, unencumbered Colorado RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years nurse management experience.
• Nurse management experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required.

Our facility boasts state-of-the-art private recovery suites, with personal on-suite showers and bathrooms. Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an RN in Colorado
• Minimum of 5 years nurse management experience preferred.
• Nurse management experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required!

Rate: $145,000-$155,000/year
