Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our full-time team in Lakewood, CO. The role requires an unencumbered CO CNA license and experience scheduling RNs, LPNs and CNAs in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility.

You’ll also work as a CNA when needed and handle Central Supply duties. Competitive pay with full-time benefits, including healthcare, 401k match, PTO, and sick leave. Rate: $24-$26/hour.

Qualifications

• Current CO CNA license and active certification.
• Experience scheduling RNs, LPNs and CNAs in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Willing to work as a CNA and perform Central Supply duties when needed.

Successful candidate:
