Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, supervise medications and treatments, and ensure resident safety and comfort.

In this role you will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, monitor resident conditions, document clearly, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
