Novolex is seeking a Unit Manager in Mineral Wells, WV to lead assigned departments within a 24/7 manufacturing operation and drive safety, quality, and performance. You will develop a high‑performing team, manage resources, and serve as Plant Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include directing production, implementing lean improvements, and collaborating with HR and plant leadership to meet strategic objectives. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proficient in data analysis, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for 24/7 manufacturing operations across departments.
• Supervise 150+ salaried and hourly employees with planning and accountability.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence.
• Act as Plant Manager in absence or as assigned.
