Hino Motors Manufacturing is seeking a Production Manager at our Mineral Wells, WV plant. The role reports to Senior Production Management and drives safety, quality, cost, service, and morale targets across production operations.

This position requires leading schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, and guiding a team to optimize productivity while maintaining compliance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet demand and goals.
• Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance and evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement, QA, and maintenance to ensure smooth flow.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
