MB Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager for the Nursing department at Barclays Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. The role reports to leadership and focuses on managing care for patients in a defined unit, applying the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

The successful candidate will coordinate resource use, ensure timely and appropriate care interventions, and foster interdisciplinary communication to support patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
• Experience in nursing management preferred.
• Full-time position in a skilled nursing facility.

Seeking a qualified Nurse Manager / Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility.

Includes overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations.

The Unit Manager coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
