Barclays Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a qualified Unit Manager within our Nursing department. The position oversees care management for a defined patient population, conducts the nursing process, and ensures coordinated, compliant care.

The Unit Manager coordinates resources, care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and regulatory adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a licensed Nurse RN or LPN.
• Experience in nursing management or unit supervision considered a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Seeking a qualified Nurse Manager / Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility.

Includes overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations.
