Job summary

Barclays Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a qualified Unit Manager within our Nursing department. The position oversees care management for a defined patient population, conducts the nursing process, and ensures coordinated, compliant care.

The Unit Manager coordinates resources, care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse RN or LPN.
• Experience in nursing management or unit supervision considered a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care management within the assigned unit.
• Perform the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate resource utilization and timely, appropriate care interventions.
• Foster interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
