Job summary

The Health Center at Bloomingdale is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the unit on a full-time basis. This role requires clinical expertise in long-term care, strong leadership, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Supervisor/Manager experience is required.
• 3+ years in Nursing Supervisor/Manager roles preferred (long-term care).

Responsibilities of Unit Manager:

• Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to adult residents with the resident focused care management model
• Guide and direct the activities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
• Help the residents reach their maximum possible state of health and well-being

Requirements of RN/LPN Unit Manager:

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1+ Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Required
• 3+ Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Preferred
• One (1) year work experience as an RN in a long-term care setting preferred
