Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee care management for a dedicated patient population within a specific unit. The role requires leadership to coordinate nursing processes and ensure high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will hold a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey and have substantial supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care settings, with training in rehabilitative nursing practices to support restorative care goals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of supervisory experience in hospital or LTC.
• Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.

Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN)

Unit Manager– is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements;

• Must possess, a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have 6 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility (LTC).
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
