Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with a Bachelor of Nursing and at least 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred and leadership experience valued.
• Licensed RN in Michigan in good standing; advanced certifications preferred.
• PALS/BLS/ACLS or equivalent required per department needs.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations and staffing to ensure safe patient care.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, staffing plans, and coverage needs.
• Serve as clinical liaison between staff, physicians, and management.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.
