Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Unit Coordinator to act as a vital caregiver and central hub for patient care from newborn to geriatric. You will be the primary receptionist and secretary while supporting safe, therapeutic care and coordinating unit activities across the health care team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program, upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant: WA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient personal care and hygiene, comfort, and basic needs.
• Monitor, document, and report clinical activities; inform RN of changes in patient condition.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer; transport patients and organize belongings.
• Inspect and disinfect mobile non-critical medical equipment per standards.
• Maintain neat unit environment; stock supplies; manage equipment repairs and safety hazards.
• Conduct environmental rounds; ensure current forms are stocked and clearly labeled.
