Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Unit Coordinator to act as a central hub for patient care processes across age groups. The role includes direct patient care, serving as receptionist and secretary, and coordinating unit activities to support safe, therapeutic care.

You will work with the health care team to ensure effective information flow, assist with patient care planning, and help maintain a well-organized unit.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program, upon hire.
• Military medical specialty training, upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant: WA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Six months related work experience preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in a specialty unit; preference for CNAs with Unit Coordinator experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient personal care/hygiene and comfort.
• Performs and documents clinical activities; notifies RN of changes.
• Assists with admission, discharge and transfer; transports patients.
• Checks, cleans and disinfects mobile, non-critical medical equipment as needed.
• Maintains a neat, organized work environment and manages supplies/equipment.
