Job summary

You will support safe patient care through multidisciplinary processes, manage information flow, and assist healthcare team members in delivering care across all patient age groups with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program, upon hire or
• Military medical specialty training, upon hire and
• Certified Nursing Assistant: WA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provides patient personal care/hygiene and comfort including feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and mobility support.
• Monitors, documents, and communicates changes in patient condition to the RN and transports specimens as needed.
• Assists with admission, discharge, and transfer processes and maintains organized unit operations.
• Checks and disinfects equipment and ensures supplies are stocked and available.
