Complete Care is seeking a high-energy Unit Clerk – CNA to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations, serving as heartbeat of the unit and coordinating admissions and resident interactions.

You will greet residents, assist with admissions paperwork, liaise with families and healthcare partners, and maintain confidentiality. A CNA license and high school diploma are required; weekend shifts are not required.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNA license required.
Strong written and spoken English skills.

Admissions Support: Greet residents, assist with admission paperwork, acclimate residents and families to the facility.
Patient Advocacy: Follow up with new admissions to ensure a positive experience and a smooth transition.
Communication Hub: Handle electronic, telephone, and face-to-face interactions with residents, families, prospects, and external healthcare partners.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a great team to ensure all resident needs are met promptly.
Professional Conduct: Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public at all times.
Independent Judgment: Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
