Complete Care is seeking an organized Unit Clerk to support our care team in daily operations and resident administration. You will coordinate communications between departments and ensure accurate handling of resident information, contributing to a smooth experience for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to answer phones as necessary.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Distribute ice water to residents and assist with making beds.
• Answer resident call lights and relay information promptly to nursing staff.
• Report accidents or incidents to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Coordinate transport and scheduling of hospital and doctor appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
