Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Unit Clerk to provide administrative and medical support to a healthcare unit. The role includes maintaining logs, inventories, and forms, stocking clinic and dental rooms, and handling phone calls and supply coordination.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a healthcare setting, and proficiency with Excel and Word, along with good organizational and communication skills. We offer growth and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms.
  • Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use.
  • Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and tracking medical records and appointments.
  • Perform other duties as required, including duplicating materials, taking off orders, distributing mail and packages, and monitoring general e-mail correspondence.

How you make a difference

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms.
  • Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use.
  • Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs.
