Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator to coordinate daily patient care activities, working with physicians and care providers to ensure patient goals are met. Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate clinic schedules, patient appointments, and maintain necessary lists and schedules.
• Perform clerical duties related to maintaining and updating medical records, chart accuracy and current data, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure availability of office and medical supplies, and process information related to patient care.
• Communicate effectively by answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate individuals , and taking messages.
• Collaborate with other personnel within the medical unit and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
